What you would sell, and to whom
Your job is to take leads the company hands you and turn them into revenue, either as clients or as business partners. The work splits across three Indiewood businesses, and each one has its own kind of buyer.
On the OTT side, you reach out to filmmakers, producers and production houses about submitting, selling or distributing their films, and you keep those conversations moving until the acquisition is done. For Indie Film School, you phone aspiring filmmakers and prospective students about its courses, workshops and training packages, aiming to get enquiries to the point of paid enrolment. For Indiewood Originals, you approach brands with sponsorship offers for films, productions and events, chase proposals, negotiate inside limits the company has approved, and close the deals.
All of it runs on outbound calling. You record what happens with each lead, follow up, watch conversion, and send in performance reports regularly against a monthly sales target. Your results are judged by revenue, closed deals, paid enrolments, film leads converted and sponsorships won.
