Key responsibilities of the sales engineer
Your main tasks will involve meeting with 15 to 25 potential clients weekly to foster strong business relationships. You'll present food processing machinery and automation solutions, generating leads and converting them into sales from various food manufacturing sectors like bakeries and flour mills. Additionally, you'll maintain daily sales records through CRM software and work towards achieving specific sales targets.
Who is a good fit for this role
This position is open to engineering graduates in Mechanical or Electrical fields with 1 to 2 years of sales experience, or diploma holders with 3 to 4 years of B2B sales experience. Freshers with a strong drive and innovative ideas are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills in local languages, Hindi, and English are essential, as well as the ability to work in the field 20 to 25 days a month.
