Marketing & Development Associate

• Build and carry out brand marketing plans that raise awareness, promote the company's products and services, and support business growth.
• Talk to customers, clients and business partners to strengthen relationships, improve their experience and widen the company's market reach.
• Work with the Marketing, HR and Business Development teams on campaigns, business goals and spotting growth openings.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement and performance development.
• Take part in training, team-building and leadership programmes meant to sharpen communication, negotiation, problem-solving and management skills.
