Human Resources Trainee

The HR Trainee will support numerous human resources functions, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the HR field.

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
• Participate in resume screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the joining process.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to training and people development initiatives.
• Support payroll coordination and maintain HR documentation.
• Engage in employee relations and lifecycle management, including exit management.

This role is open to individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience are encouraged to apply. Key skills include strong communication abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office, alongside a proactive and organized mindset.
