What you will be doing as an HR intern
A large part of the work is on the hiring side. You will help with job postings and finding candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. You will also stay in touch with employees and candidates about what HR needs from them.
The rest is HR upkeep. You will keep employee and candidate records up to date, help new joiners settle in through onboarding, and handle documentation for interns and employees. Attendance, leave and other basic HR administration are part of it too, along with simple reports and trackers.
