What you will do in this role
In this position, you will handle employee onboarding and induction, manage HR documentation and records, and assist with payroll inputs and attendance tracking. You will also support training coordination, employee engagement events, and prepare HR reports. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and responding to employee inquiries will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting performance management processes.
