AR Caller

The AR Caller will engage in follow-up activities related to accounts receivable for US healthcare clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting insurance companies to track the status of medical claims.
• Reviewing account information to pinpoint pending or unpaid claims.
• Identifying reasons for claim issues such as denials or delays.
• Maintaining precise records of follow-up actions and account status.
• Meeting established productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve claim-related challenges.

This position is open to graduates from recognized institutions, with freshers encouraged to apply. Candidates should have:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and computer applications.

• A willingness to work fixed night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.
