Human Resource and Talent Management Internship

You would help the hiring side of the team, from finding people to keeping their paperwork and schedules tidy.

• Finding and shortlisting: look for prospective candidates using suitable online platforms and professional contacts, go through their resumes and keep their records up to date.
• Staying in touch: set up interview slots and message applicants about timings, required documents and where they stand in the process.
• Backing up HR: help with trackers, onboarding coordination and day-to-day HR admin, while making the candidate experience smoother and the hiring information well kept.

Freshers who are keen on HR and recruitment are welcome. Before you apply, check that you can say yes to these points:

• You communicate well, follow up on things, stay organized and get along with people.
• You have some comfort with MS Office or similar online productivity tools.
• You take initiative and are ready to learn.
• You can be at the Delhi office, as the internship is full-time and in-office for 2 months.

• It helps to note down one example of following up that you have handled, such as a college event or club task, to show you can keep people informed.
• Try building a simple tracker in a spreadsheet with columns for candidate name, stage and next step. It shows you can keep information orderly.
• Take a sample job description and practise shortlisting imaginary resumes against it, so screening feels familiar.
• Keep your emails and messages clear and polite, since a lot of this work means writing to candidates.
