Associate - Operations And Sales

This is a single role that combines running the space with selling it. The post splits the work into six areas, from facilities to billing.

• Operations: look after the space daily, keep it clean and maintained, work with vendors such as housekeeping, internet and security, manage supplies and stock, and make sure amenities work.
• Sales: take enquiries from calls, walk-ins and online, give site tours, pitch workspace options, negotiate price and terms, close deals, track lead conversions, and aim for monthly occupancy and revenue targets. It also includes building partnerships and referrals.
• Members: be the first contact for members, onboard new clients, explain policies and services, resolve concerns and escalations, and keep satisfaction and retention high.
• Marketing: run local campaigns, manage social media, work with digital marketing teams or agencies, organise events and networking sessions, and keep the space listed on Google and coworking aggregators.
• Billing: raise invoices on time, track payments and chase dues, handle agreements and renewals, keep client and occupancy financial reports, and work with the accounts team on TDS, GST and receipts.
• Admin and compliance: keep client records and agreements, follow company policies, prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, and support audits.

• Location: only candidates from Mumbai can apply. The post describes the work as onsite.
• Education: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.

• If you have worked in sales, hospitality, real estate or on a campus event team, say so plainly and show what you handled.
• Think through how you would handle a member complaint calmly, since this job mixes sales with problem-solving.
