Zoho CRM Developer Internship

The work centres on a single CRM on Zoho that holds the firm's client details and connects to the tools used to contact those clients. The duties named are:

• Build the CRM on Zoho so client records sit in one system.
• Create secure user logins, with permissions based on role, that control who can view and edit data.
• Configure the CRM so client information can be searched, viewed, updated and retrieved easily.
• Connect the CRM to Microsoft Outlook for email with clients.
• Connect it to Mailchimp for sending emails and handling client mailing lists.
• Connect it to Microsoft Forms so client data can be entered through forms.
• Train staff to use the CRM.

The skills tied to this work are Database Management System (DBMS) knowledge and Zoho CRM.

The role is meant for candidates who are pursuing engineering and want to work on real business problems. You also need relevant skills and interest, specifically DBMS and Zoho CRM.

• You must be available for a part-time internship lasting 1 month.
• You should be able to start between 16 October 2026 and 20 November 2026.
• The work is onsite in Mumbai.

• Revisit DBMS basics such as tables, relationships and how records are searched and updated, since the CRM is essentially a structured store of client data.
• If you have not used Zoho CRM, try a free trial account and practise creating modules, fields and user roles with different permissions.
• Build a small demo that links a CRM or spreadsheet with an email tool or a form, so you can speak about integrations from experience.
• Practise explaining a tool in plain words. Part of this role is training staff, so a short walkthrough you have written or recorded is worth keeping ready.
