Telecaller Executive

The Telecaller Executive will focus on several essential tasks. This includes making outbound calls to potential candidates about job opportunities, scheduling and coordinating interviews with the Zonal Managers and Operations Head, and screening candidates based on job criteria. The role also requires maintaining daily call records and following up with selected candidates to ensure they join on time.

This position is open to candidates who have completed their education and possess 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling or similar roles. Strong communication skills are essential, as is a proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at the salon in Mumbai and demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with potential candidates.
