Tech Business Analyst

The Tech Business Analyst will engage with clients to grasp their needs and challenges, ensuring their requirements are clearly documented. Key duties include planning timelines for projects, suggesting AI applications, and configuring workflows and product catalogs.

• Conduct client meetings to gather business processes and challenges.
• Document requirements, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and implement timelines and milestones.
• Recommend and configure AI use cases and workflows.
• Test systems and work with developers to address issues.

This role is open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, BBA in MIS, or related fields. It welcomes those with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, especially strong freshers.
