Talent Acquisition Specialist

The job covers hiring from the first search to the interview stage, with steady contact with candidates throughout.

• Finding and filtering: sourcing candidates and screening them as part of full-cycle recruitment.
• Scheduling: coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring side.
• Candidate contact: engaging candidates, negotiating and following up, while juggling several hiring priorities in a quick-moving setting.

The experience range is 1 to 5 years of work in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition. The role asks for practical, proven skill rather than potential.

• Direct involvement in the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening and arranging interviews.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up, plus the ability to keep candidates engaged.
• Comfort handling more than one open requirement at a time.
• Background in US staffing or IT hiring counts in your favour, but is not compulsory.

The place of work is the Satellite office in Ahmedabad, on weekdays, during US night hours. Only shortlisted applicants will hear back.
