Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for specified locations, which includes hiring for 7–8 branches, covering both frontline and regional positions. This role requires coordination with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate sourcing through various channels including LinkedIn and campus hiring initiatives.

The person in this role will also be responsible for generating offer letters, facilitating the onboarding process, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely closure of positions while building a robust candidate pipeline.

Graduates with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and coordination skills, along with a solid understanding of the recruitment process, are essential. Candidates who can manage multiple hiring requirements at once will have an advantage, and those with experience in sectors like NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, or BFSI will be beneficial. Immediate joiners are preferred.
