Shared Service Analyst

This role is about data upkeep. The vendor platform has to match the vendors the business actually deals with, and the ERP records have to stay in order.

• Vendor profiles in the TPRM tool: update each vendor's contact details and contract information, along with its classification tier and the dates set for its next review.
• ERP master data: manage and maintain supplier records and item catalogues.
• ERP structure data: look after cost centres and approval hierarchies in the same systems.
