SDE Internship

You would be a junior hand on Carawin's web applications, helping design, build, test and maintain them alongside the engineers.

• Work on application features and user-facing screens using Node.js and React.
• Use PostgreSQL and DBMS concepts for data modelling and queries, connect the app to its data, and get hands-on with Docker-based development setups.
• Help build WebSocket features and troubleshoot real-time communication problems, while joining debugging, code reviews, documentation and technical discussions.

The posting wants someone with a real interest in software development and a basic to working knowledge of Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, DBMS concepts and WebSockets. You should also understand programming fundamentals, data structures and object-oriented ideas.

• Version control, REST APIs and general software workflows are helpful to know.
• Problem-solving, communication and teamwork are expected.
• The internship is 3 months, full-time and in-office. The post places the office in Sector 63, Noida, while our listing shows Delhi, so check the location before you commit.
• It is meant for candidates keen to gain practical experience in Information Technology.

• Build one small full-stack project with Node.js, React and a SQL database, and be ready to explain how the data is structured.
• Revise data structures, OOP and DBMS basics. Intern interviews tend to test fundamentals before frameworks.
• Try a small WebSocket exercise, such as a basic live chat, so you can talk about real-time problems you ran into.
• Run a project in Docker and keep it on a Git repository with clear commits.
• Practise explaining a bug you fixed. Debugging and code reviews are part of the work, so it helps to describe your thinking clearly.
