Onboarding Internship
This is a three-month, in-office onboarding internship at Astrotalk in Delhi, centred on calling, interviewing and tracking candidates. It pays ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 a month, which is above typical for similar internships in Delhi.
What you would be doing
- Call leads and find potential candidates and consultants, then speak with them to gauge interest.
- Book interviews and coordinate the schedule so the process runs smoothly for candidates.
- Take first-round interviews and judge candidates against what the role needs.
- Build and update candidate and consultant profiles on the platform, with the right details and documents filled in.
- Keep in touch with candidates and consultants through regular follow-ups so they stay engaged.
- Record leads, interview status, profiles and follow-ups, and work with internal teams to move candidates through onboarding on time.
