Sales Executive

This is a phone-first sales and counselling job. The people you speak to have already shown interest in the studio's makeup courses, and your task is to take them from curiosity to a paid seat.

• Call interested students, find out what they want from a course, and answer their questions about course content, fees, batches and career options.
• Follow up with those who need more time, and aim to convert leads into paid enrollments against a monthly enrollment target.
• Keep lead status and follow-up notes up to date in Google Sheets or a CRM, and coordinate with the marketing team about lead quality and what students are saying.

The post asks for candidates from Noida only, so check that before anything else. The role is onsite and the job is full-time, with 2 openings.

• No experience is required. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
• Experience in education counselling, telecalling or sales counts as an added advantage.
