Quality Executive

• Maintain, analyse and validate quality data in MS Excel, and keep it accurate, consistent and reported on time.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Help create and update process documents and SOPs.
• Track process compliance, quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Assist with audits, reviews and quality improvement initiatives, and help spot gaps and support process improvement actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect data and clear up doubts about it.

Any graduate can apply, and freshers are welcome. The work is onsite in Chennai.

Asked for:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel: VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and comfort with large volumes of data.
• Willingness to learn quality frameworks and business processes.

Good to have: a basic idea of quality or process management, reporting or data handling experience (internship or project work is acceptable), and familiarity with dashboards, trackers or MIS reporting.

• Practise lookups and Pivot Tables on a messy sample sheet until you can clean and summarise it quickly.
• Build a small dashboard or tracker from a college project or practice data, so you have something to show.
• Write a one-page SOP for a routine task. It shows you can document a process clearly.
• Be ready to explain how you check data for errors before you share it.
• Prepare a short example of asking someone for missing information and getting it, since the role involves coordinating for data.
