Operations Internship

The original posting calls this a Corporate Sales Intern role, but the duties are mostly about keeping data clean and turning it into reports for management. The work is in-office and full time.

• Reporting: build MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly cycle, plus reports covering operations, sales, inventory, billing or projects. Track KPIs and write up performance reports. Prepare dashboards and presentations when needed.
• Data handling: keep company databases and records current, do data entry, validation and reconciliation, and keep the figures accurate and consistent. Study the data and give management useful observations.
• Working with others: coordinate with different departments to collect the data for reports, and keep company information confidential.

The post sets some firm conditions. Check them before anything else:

• You must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months.
• You should be able to start between 18th Oct'26 and 22nd Nov'26.
• The post says candidates must be from Faridabad only, even though the role is listed in Delhi.
• You should have relevant skills and interests.

On skills, the post asks for proficiency in MS-Excel and experience in email management. It also wants a quick learner with excellent communication skills.

• It helps to practise Excel on messy sample data: cleaning it, checking entries, and matching two lists against each other. That is close to validation and reconciliation work.
• Build one small dashboard from a public dataset and be ready to explain what it shows. This works better than saying you know Excel.
• Learn how a few common KPIs are defined for sales, inventory or billing, so you can talk about them without guessing.
• Write a couple of short, clear emails summarising a set of numbers. Email handling and communication are both named in the post.
• If you have handled sensitive data in a college or club role, mention it briefly, since confidentiality is part of the work.
