What you will do as an operations intern
You will assist in managing rider operations at the hub level. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling daily communications with the fleet regarding rider schedules and operations.
- Onboarding new riders onto internal systems, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Completing end-of-day operational report closings, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline daily operational activities.
