Junior Travel & Tourism Associate

This is a sales job in travel. You talk to people who have shown interest and work them towards a booking.

• Call interested clients, spot sales opportunities and explain the products to customers.

• Manage customer relationships, meet the sales targets and help grow sales.

• Prepare for price pushback. Think of how you would respond when a customer says a trip costs too much.
• Show that you follow up. A simple habit, such as tracking your calls in a sheet, is a good example to give.
• Be ready to say why tourism interests you, with a real trip or experience behind it.
