Client Happiness Associate
Euphoria Interiors, a Dubai interior design company, is hiring a Client Happiness Associate for a remote full-time job, paying ₹3 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA. No experience is required, but you need to be able to work 10:30 am to 7:30 pm IST.
What you would handle for clients and project teams
You would be the person clients deal with from the start of an interior design project to its close, while keeping the internal teams moving behind the scenes.
- Client side: act as their main contact, send regular updates, flag delays or changes early, manage expectations with clear and honest communication, and gather feedback and testimonials once the project is done.
- Internal side: coordinate with Design, 3D Visualization, Procurement, FF&E, Operations, Finance and Project Management, and follow up with them so tasks finish on time.
- Tracking and quality: follow milestones, deadlines, approvals and client commitments, keep trackers, meeting minutes, approvals and client records up to date, check presentations and documents before they reach the client, and spot possible delays or concerns so they can be resolved quickly.

- Freshers are welcome, as are people with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
