Inside Sales Executive

You would own a customer's job from the first enquiry until it is finished and sent out. The work runs in a clear sequence.

• Take the customer enquiry, share the quotation and collect the job confirmation.
• Handle media-in and payments, keep the customer updated and follow up when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments until the media-out stage.

The posting asks for a graduate in any stream. A technical graduate is preferred, but it is not a strict requirement.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years, so freshers are in range.

• Practise writing a short, clear quotation email. Accuracy on prices and details matters in this work.
• Be ready to talk about a time you followed up with someone until a task was done.
• Brush up on spoken English and a polite phone manner, since you would be updating customers often.
• Learn basic sales terms like inbound sales and lead generation so you can speak about them in an interview.
• Show that you can keep track of many jobs at once, such as with a simple tracker you have built.
