Human Resources Internship

Most of the work is recruitment support. You help find and screen candidates on job portals and other platforms, post openings on recruitment sites and social media, and make first screening calls to collect candidate details. You also arrange interviews between candidates and the hiring team, and keep candidate databases, interview records and trackers up to date.

Once candidates are shortlisted, you follow up with them on interviews, assignments, documents and joining. You then help with onboarding new employees and interns, and prepare offer letters, internship letters and joining documents along with other basic HR paperwork.

The role also covers attendance, leave and other HR records when needed, plus help with employee engagement activities and internal communication. You coordinate with different departments to understand what they need in a hire, and support the HR and management team with general administrative tasks.

• You must be available for a work-from-home internship.
• You must be able to start between 19th Oct'26 and 23rd Nov'26.
• You must be available for the full duration of 3 months.
• You need relevant skills and interest in the work.

• Get comfortable with spreadsheets. Trackers and candidate records are easier to keep accurate when you can sort and update them quickly.
• Keep a note of any college or society work where you coordinated people or schedules, as it shows the same habits.
