Human Resources Intern

You will contribute to various HR activities at TurtleMint Insurance Broker. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and supporting the HR team with administrative tasks. You will also help in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining HR records. This position provides a unique chance to learn directly from the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), gaining valuable insights into HR management and operations.

This internship is open to freshers who have completed their MBA in Human Resources. The hiring team prefers candidates who are immediate joiners and are based locally in Mumbai. This role is suitable for those looking to start their careers in HR and who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals.

It helps to familiarize yourself with fundamental HR concepts and practices. Consider gaining experience in recruitment or employee onboarding through projects or volunteer work.
