HR Recruitment Internship

In this internship, you will source candidates through various job portals, screen profiles, and conduct initial phone discussions. You’ll manage live hiring needs in IT and ITES sectors, coordinate interviews, and track recruitment activities. Learning the complete recruitment life cycle is part of your experience, along with maintaining hiring reports and assisting in onboarding processes.

This internship is open to female freshers or experienced candidates, including graduates or undergraduates. You should have a strong interest in HR and recruitment, along with good communication skills. A laptop and stable internet connection are essential. This role is suitable for individuals with educational backgrounds in BBA, BSc, BCom, BA, BJMC, and BBE.

It helps to develop strong spoken and written English skills to effectively communicate with candidates. Familiarizing yourself with recruitment processes and tools like MS-Excel and MS-Office can be beneficial. Consider participating in mock interviews or recruitment projects to gain practical experience and enhance your profile.
