Anantya LLC is looking for a Growth Intern in Delhi to build up visibility, user engagement and sign-ups for its gonexx website. The stipend is ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 a month, for a three-month, full-time stint spent in the office every working day of the week.

What the internship covers

  • Help run tests across digital channels, aimed at widening reach and bringing in more users.
  • Study customer groups, rival businesses, market movements and places where growth could come from.
  • Take part in planning and running campaigns, tie-ups, outreach and community efforts.
  • Monitor how campaigns are doing and put together readable reports built on the right metrics.
  • Team up with stakeholders from marketing, content and product to try out ideas that lift conversion.

What the hiring team looks for

Candidates should be curious about growth marketing, digital platforms, winning customers and running experiments. Good communication and organisation are expected, along with an analytical mind and a sharp eye for detail.

Ease with spreadsheets, research and reading simple campaign numbers is a plus, not a strict condition.

The role needs you in the Delhi office five days each week for all three months. It is a full-time internship.

Strong performers may be considered for a pre-placement offer or a longer internship, subject to what the business needs at that point.
