Full Stack Development Internship
This is a 3-month remote Full Stack Development internship at DSights Consultancy Services, mixing web development with generative AI features. The stipend is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 a month, well above typical for remote internships in the same field.

What you would build as a full stack intern
- Frontend: create responsive screens in React, using JavaScript or TypeScript along with HTML and CSS.
- Backend: write server-side services and REST APIs in Python (FastAPI or Django) or Node.js, wired to the frontend and to SQL databases.
- GenAI features: work on AI assistants, document Q&A, summarisation and content generation, calling model APIs or running open-source models hosted locally. This includes basic RAG pipelines: document processing, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval.
- Model quality: help evaluate prompts, produce structured outputs, handle tool or function calling, judge how good the responses are and deal with errors.
- Code upkeep: debug problems, add basic tests, document what you write and join code reviews, guided by the engineering team.
- Security habits: apply sound practice for authentication, sensitive data and the handling of API credentials.
Who can apply and what you need to show
The role is open to current students and recent graduates from computer science, IT, AI and related streams. People from other streams are welcome if their practical projects are strong. Women restarting their careers can also apply.
- You need to be free for 3 months of remote work, starting between 15th Oct'26 and 19th Nov'26.
- A solid grasp of JavaScript, Python and core programming concepts, plus hands-on use of React and at least one backend framework.
- Working-level SQL, REST APIs, HTTP and Git.
- Understanding of how LLMs are used in practice: prompting, context windows, structured outputs, embeddings, semantic search and RAG.
- Ability to plug an LLM into an app, process what the model returns, and explain and debug code, including code written by AI.
- Alertness to hallucinations, prompt injection and data privacy.
- One full-stack project, from college or your own time, that shows what you personally did.
Extras that count in your favour: experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face or Ollama, a GenAI application that runs, and some familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment or automated testing.
