French Language Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for providing customer support in both English and French, ensuring effective communication with clients. Your tasks will include translating relevant documents and assisting in various BPO activities, to help enhance the international customer support team's efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with other team members to address customer needs and deliver quality service.

This role is open to individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience. Candidates should hold an undergraduate or graduate degree and have strong communication skills in both English and French. The job is onsite in Delhi, with rotational shifts.
