Finance Internship
Diffzene is taking on finance interns for a remote, 3-month internship covering reporting, accounting support, budgeting and financial modelling. The stipend runs from ₹9,000 to ₹19,000 a month, and there are 16 openings.
What you would be working on
The work sits in the finance team. You would help with financial data analysis and reporting, and prepare financial statements and reports that go to management for review. You would also support the team's day-to-day accounting operations.
On the planning side, you would assist with budgeting and forecasting, and build and maintain financial models that feed into strategic planning. Research and analysis to back financial decisions is part of the job too.
You would also work with cross-functional teams on financial projects. The posting does not say which teams those are.

Getting ready before you apply
- It helps to have a small Excel sample ready, such as a monthly budget with a simple forecast, since budgeting and forecasting are part of the work.
- Practise basic entries and reports in Tally so you can talk about them comfortably.
- Try building a simple financial model from a public company's numbers, and be ready to explain your assumptions.
- Since management reviews the reports, practise writing a short, clear summary of a set of figures in plain English.
- Check that your availability fits the start window and the full 3 months before you apply.
What the stipend looks like
At ₹9,000 to ₹19,000 a month, this pays above what is typical for remote internships in the same field. The amount splits into a fixed part of ₹7,000 - 14,000 and an incentive part of ₹2,000 - 5,000, so the top of the range depends on the incentive.
