What you would be handling
You would support the finance team with the everyday paperwork and number-keeping that keeps accounts accurate, working in Excel, accounting software and financial reporting systems.
- Records and transactions: data entry, documentation, invoices, bills, receipts and payment records, plus accounts payable and receivable and organised files of transactions and supporting documents.
- Tracking and checking: updating spreadsheets, following expenses, budgets and cash flow, basic data analysis to spot discrepancies, and bank and account reconciliation under supervision.
- Reports and projects: monthly and periodic financial reports, help with audits and compliance documentation, and finance projects aimed at better accuracy and efficiency.
