Key responsibilities of the role
In this role, you will:
- Source and engage potential hosts and creators for partnerships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with talents, ensuring ongoing communication.
- Follow up with both potential and existing talents to maintain engagement.
- Assist the Business Development team in meeting recruitment and business objectives by providing support and insights.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the team.
