Back Office Operations Executive

• Process, update and maintain accurate data records in internal systems and databases.
• Verify and validate data and document it carefully, with a focus on accuracy.
• Handle back-office and administrative tasks as the team leads assign them.
• Review incoming requests or claims to check they follow the set process guidelines.
• Spot data errors or mismatches and fix them in good time.
• Work with internal teams to meet daily operational targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).

The role is for fresh graduates from any stream, with one exclusion: B.Sc IT, BCA, B.E. and B.Tech graduates are not eligible. No experience is needed.

• Basic comfort with computers, MS Office (Excel and Word) and common internet tools.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

The work is 100% from office, at Airoli or Vikhroli. Shifts are either morning (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or night (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM), so check that either timing works for you before applying.

• Brush up on Excel basics such as sorting, filtering, and simple lookups, since data records are central to this work.
• Practise typing accurately and then checking your own entries line by line. Accuracy matters more than speed here.
• Be ready to explain, with an example from college or an internship, a time you caught a mistake in your own or someone else's work.
• Think through your commute to Airoli or Vikhroli and whether you can manage a night shift ending at 2:00 AM.
• Prepare to speak and write clearly, as communication is one of the listed requirements.
