Web Researcher
Prishusoft is hiring a full-time Web Researcher to dig up and sort information on overseas companies for its business development team. Any graduate can apply, freshers are welcome, and applications close on 3 Nov 2026.
What the research work involves
The job is about finding overseas businesses that could become prospects. You would search Google, LinkedIn, the companies' own sites and business directories, and pick out firms that match the target industries, locations and client needs. For each one, you would trace the decision-makers and any business contact details that are publicly available. You would also look out for public posts and stated needs around software development and remote developers.
A large part of the work is keeping records tidy. You would log company names, websites, services, locations and contact profiles, check each entry, delete repeats and update old records. This data is kept in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Your findings go to the business development team, and you are expected to hit research targets that are agreed in advance. You would also stick to the company's rules on accurate data, confidentiality and responsible collection of information.
