Web Performance Intern

You will work on improving the loading speed of MailerMen's dashboard and performance metrics. Key tasks include:

• Profiling the dashboard on mid-range Android devices under 4G conditions.
• Analyzing the Vite bundle to identify and reduce heavy dependencies.
• Implementing code splitting for non-admin screens and optimizing rendering to prevent re-renders.
• Establishing a Lighthouse CI budget to maintain performance standards.

This role is open to final-year students or recent graduates without prior job experience. Applicants should possess an understanding of React rendering and performance profiling, and be able to work at the Gurugram office two days a week. There is no stipend provided, but the internship lasts for 2 months and offers a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
