Web Development Internship

You would build responsive websites and web pages from project requirements, and add interactive features using common web technologies. The work involves HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other development tools suited to the task.

You would also connect web applications to APIs and outside services when a project needs it. Testing is part of the job: you look for errors, fix bugs and make the application work better.

The internship is built around practical projects. You take on assigned features, and you are expected to act on mentor feedback and follow the coding practices you are pointed to.

The listing says applicants should be Computer Science Engineering students. Elsewhere it says students from any academic year, freshers, recent graduates and career-gap candidates can apply. Women restarting their careers are also welcome.

• Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related backgrounds are preferred. Other backgrounds are welcome.
• You must be free for the full 2 months and able to start between 20th Oct'26 and 24th Nov'26.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics are preferred but not mandatory.
• Git, APIs, databases or web frameworks count as an added advantage.
• The skills named are CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js and React.
• You should be eager to learn and willing to finish assigned tasks with a mentor's guidance.

• Build one or two small responsive pages and keep the code somewhere you can show it. It helps to have something that works on both phone and laptop screens.
• Brush up on JavaScript, since it ties together most of the skills named here. Then try a small React or Node.js exercise.
• Practise calling a public API from a page and showing the result. It shows you can connect an app to an outside service.
• Get comfortable with Git basics. Even a simple commit history shows how you work.
• Practise reading an error, finding the cause and fixing it, and be ready to describe one bug you solved.
