Video Editor Internship

• Edit videos of both lengths, short and long, that go out on digital channels, social media and internal communication.
• Turn raw footage, sound, graphics, captions and transitions into finished cuts.
• Work with content and creative colleagues: understand what they want, apply their notes and keep to publishing dates.
• Work quickly, and speak up early if a deadline is slipping.
• Be comfortable in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
• Keep an eye on which video formats, editing styles and storytelling approaches work for audiences.

You should be in the last year of your degree or have graduated recently, with real interest in video and digital content.

• You have used at least one editing app and understand the basics of timelines, cuts, sound, transitions and file formats.
• You have a good eye and notice small details.
• You are keen to learn and can take feedback without friction.
• Sample edits, a portfolio, or coursework and personal video projects will help your case.

The internship runs for 3 months, full-time, at the Bangalore office.

• Build a short reel with your two or three best edits. A tight reel is easier to watch than a folder of everything.
• Include one short video and one longer one, since the work covers both lengths.
• Be ready to explain your choices: why you cut where you did, and which tool you used.
• If you ever reworked an edit after someone's comments, keep that story handy.
• Spend an evening watching what is working on social platforms and note why.
