What the editing work covers
- Turn raw shoot footage into Reels, Shorts and short ads, working from the brief and keeping to each client's brand style.
- Match product shots, B-roll and still images to voiceovers or trending audio.
- Put in burnt-in subtitles, in Telugu or Hindi when a project needs it, along with text overlays, logos and end cards.
- Handle basic colour correction, audio cleanup and levelling of background music.
- Export each cut in the correct aspect ratio: 9:16 for vertical platforms, 1:1 or 4:5 for the feed, 16:9 for YouTube.

- Final-year students and recent graduates from any stream. People from Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film/Media, Mass Communication or BFA backgrounds get preference.
- Anyone who has studied or finished a certificate course in video editing or filmmaking.
- Editors who taught themselves and can show a strong portfolio. A degree is not required.
