UI/UX Design Internship
Namekart is hiring a UI/UX design intern to work with its design team on interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role is remote, runs for 3 months and pays ₹5,000 to ₹12,000 a month.
What you would be designing
You would work alongside Namekart's design team, building wireframes and prototypes in Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD. You would also help develop interface elements and layouts for web and mobile applications.
The research side is part of the job too. You would run user research and testing to collect feedback that feeds back into design improvements, on projects aimed at making the platform easier to use and better looking.
Beyond that, you would help write style guides and design documentation for internal use, keep up with trends and good practice in UI/UX, and pick up ad-hoc design tasks when the team needs them.
Who can apply and when you would start
- You must be available for remote work, for a duration of 3 months.
- You must be able to start between 20th Oct'26 and 24th Nov'26.

- Women wanting to start or restart their career can also apply.
Besides the stipend, the internship comes with a certificate, a letter of recommendation and flexible work hours. There are 2 openings.

Ways to make your application stronger
- Put together a small portfolio with at least one wireframe-to-prototype piece. Make it in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, since those are the tools named here.
- Show some user research, even a small one. A short note on what you tested, what people struggled with and what you changed shows you understand the feedback loop.
- Try writing a one-page style guide for a project of your own, covering colours, type and spacing. It matches the documentation side of the work.
- Include both web and mobile screens if you can, as the role covers both.
- Be ready to explain your design choices in plain words, not only show the final screens.
