As a technical recruitment intern, your focus will be on identifying and engaging potential educators who can teach coding to engineering students. Your duties will include:

• Researching and locating suitable candidates for Python trainer roles
• Initiating conversations with prospects and convincing them to consider teaching opportunities
• Managing multiple candidate interactions simultaneously

This role will require strong problem-solving skills and an ability to connect with people.

This position is open to individuals in their final year of study or recent graduates from any discipline. Preferably, candidates with a background in computer science will have an edge, as you will assess technical skills in candidates. Skills in communication, organization, and persistence are essential, and knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English will be beneficial due to the locations involved.

After three months, there will be a review for a full-time offer for graduates or a pre-placement offer for those graduating in 2027.

It helps to demonstrate your ability to conduct research effectively by identifying potential candidates for teaching roles. Showcase your communication skills through clear and engaging messages when approaching prospects. Be ready to discuss your organizational habits and how you keep track of multiple conversations. Familiarizing yourself with the coding curriculum can also be advantageous, as it will enable you to assess candidates better.
