Talent Acquisition Trainee

The position focuses on various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment. You will:

• Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms including job portals and professional networks.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and communications.
• Assist in campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
• Manage and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure candidates have a positive experience.
• Engage in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in the recruitment process.

• Possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
