Student Support Associate

In this role, you will interact with students through calls and messages to address their concerns and assist them with course-related inquiries. You are expected to encourage them to remain consistent in their studies, track their engagement and progress, and maintain regular records. Additionally, you will coordinate with academic and placement teams as needed.

This opportunity is open to freshers and recent graduates. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
