What you would be selling, and how
The job is selling SkillOrbit's products and services, and you own the whole cycle. You find and qualify prospects through outbound calls, email, social media and referrals, then work out what they need and suggest something suitable. After that come follow-ups, negotiation, objection handling and closing. You explain the features, pricing and what sets the offering apart, and answer questions so people can make up their minds.
You are given sales, revenue and conversion targets to chase, and you look for openings to upsell, cross-sell, get referrals and win repeat business. Once a sale closes, you help the customer move into onboarding and coordinate with the Operations, Product, Training, Customer Success and Support teams.
There is a record-keeping side too. You keep the CRM current, watch the pipeline, prioritise the most promising opportunities, and prepare sales reports. You also gather customer feedback, competitor activity, common objections and market trends, and pass them to your reporting manager and other teams.
