What you will be working on
- Edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from drone footage the studio gives you, up to two per working day. This covers cuts, pacing, basic colour correction, text overlays, transitions and music.
- Follow viral Reels, Shorts, trending audio and hooks, and study at least two successful drone creators or competitors each week. Then bring practical ideas back to the studio.
- Help plan, schedule and publish approved content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, writing captions, hashtags, headlines and calls to action.
- Write LinkedIn posts about the studio's drone projects, services and client work, and repurpose existing videos and photographs into different formats while keeping the look and tone consistent.
- Prepare titles, descriptions, categories and keywords when approved footage goes onto stock-video platforms.
- Track views, reach, engagement, saves, shares and follower growth, send a short weekly performance report, and suggest changes to themes, formats, thumbnails and captions.
