What you would be working on

  • Manage the foundation's social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Make certificates, brochures, pamphlets and posters for the foundation's events, programs and festivals.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other graphics, choosing colours and layouts to suit each piece.
  • Create visuals for Facebook, Instagram, the website and other digital media.
  • Shoot or put together long and short videos for Facebook, Instagram, the website and digital media.
  • Edit videos in professional software, make them more engaging for viewers, and export them at the best quality available.

Who can apply and what to line up

You need to be free to work from home for the full 4 months, and able to begin between 19 Oct 2026 and 23 Nov 2026. The posting asks for relevant skills and interest in the work. Women who want to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

The skills list covers Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, video making and video editing. It also names After Effects, Cinema 4D, Lightroom CC and spoken and written English.

Since the role is unpaid, check that the certificate, recommendation letter and flexible hours are worth your 4 months.

How to make your application stronger

  • Put together a small portfolio with a poster, a logo or brochure, and one short edited video. This role mixes design and video, so show both.
  • Be ready to say which tools you used for each sample, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro.
  • Look at how non-profits present themselves on Instagram and LinkedIn, and think about how you would adapt a festival or event poster for each platform.
  • Practise clear, simple written English, since captions and posts are part of managing social pages.
  • Plan how you would fit 4 months of remote work around your other commitments, and be ready to say so.
