Social Media Marketing - Internship
Pinnacle Exim is hiring one remote social media intern for Istrika, its new women's and kids' wear brand, for 3 months. The stipend runs from ₹4,500 to ₹10,000 a month, made up of a fixed part and an incentive part.
What you would be doing for Istrika
- Produce Reels, short videos, stories and carousels: 4-5 core pieces a week, each tailored to the platform it goes on and the people watching it.
- Build the following organically through content people want to engage with, with no paid promotion.
- Help give the brand its shape through themes, campaigns, collaborations and a voice that is easy to recognise. The company describes itself as a small, founder-led team, and interns report straight to the founder.
- Study what the audience watches, searches, saves, shares and buys. Follow reach, watch time, saves, shares, follower growth and enquiries, and use those figures to improve.
- Answer comments and DMs, and notice messages that could become customer enquiries.
- Bring 2-3 original ideas of your own each month.
