Sales Business Development

The selected candidate will focus on cultivating new client relationships, managing existing key accounts, and identifying potential projects. They will work closely with mould makers, Tier-1 suppliers, and OEMs to turn technical opportunities into business. Additionally, the role requires a proactive approach to developing new business strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients in various engineering sectors.

Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. A background in technical or industrial B2B sales is preferred but not essential for freshers. Candidates should possess good communication and presentation skills, a technical mindset, and a readiness to travel for customer meetings. A B.E. in Mechanical or a Diploma in a related engineering field is preferred.

It helps to showcase your understanding of the moulding and surface engineering industry. Highlight any previous exposure to technical sales or relevant engineering subjects. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning can significantly enhance your application.
