Recruiter Intern

The selected intern will engage in various recruitment activities such as:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Screening resumes and performing initial assessments of candidates.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing communications with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining recruitment databases and trackers.
• Supporting the complete recruitment process from start to finish.

Applicants should possess an MBA in HR or a related field, and prior experience or internships in recruitment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important. Knowledge of platforms like professional networks is beneficial.
