Project Manager Intern

The Project Manager Intern will assist in various aspects of ongoing projects, including the following:

• Support project planning and day-to-day operations for client projects
• Help facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Write and refine user stories and functional requirements with the project manager
• Edit and proofread technical proposals and project documentation
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, sending reminders as needed
• Summarize notes from meetings and distribute action points
• Maintain project trackers and task boards
• Foster communication among PMs, technical leads, and developers
• Organize project documentation and files
• Research tools for improving project delivery
• Assist with various administrative tasks as required

This internship is suitable for candidates who:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Have strong communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Understand SDLC concepts and can write clear user stories
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Are familiar with project management and Agile tools (experience with tools like Trello or Jira is beneficial)
• Have an understanding of AI tools and additional technical knowledge (such as programming or databases) is a plus
